Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the full terms): You own the videos you create. We never train our AI on your content. You are responsible for what you create and share, and you must have the right to use any product, brand, or likeness in it. Public sharing to our Community is your choice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and TAHAMTAN AI ("TAHAMTAN AI", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the tahamtan.ai website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 18. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.
TAHAMTAN AI is an AI-powered platform that generates cinematic videos from text prompts and related creative tools, available in multiple languages. Features may include, among others, video generation, editing tools (captions, music), talking avatars, a public Community and Explore feed, and a rewards contest. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for any use of the Service made using your device, email, or credentials.
As between you and us, you own the videos and other content you create using the Service ("Your Content"), and you retain all rights in them. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
We do not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model. Your prompts and generated videos are used only to provide the Service to you and, where you choose, to display them in the Community as described below.
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service for you — for example, generating your video, storing it so you can access it, and (only if you choose to share it) displaying it in the Community and Explore feed and the monthly contest. This licence is not perpetual, not transferable to unrelated third parties for their own use, and not a licence to train AI. It ends when Your Content is deleted from our systems, except for copies you have chosen to make public in the Community (see Section 7) and back-ups retained for a limited period.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to create and share it. You represent and warrant that Your Content, and our use of it as permitted here, does not and will not: (a) infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right; (b) use the name, image, voice, or likeness of any real person without their consent; (c) violate any law; or (d) breach our Community Guidelines.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited under our Community Guidelines, including without limitation: content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors; non-consensual intimate or sexual content; content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent; hateful, harassing, violent, or extremist content; content that infringes intellectual-property rights; fraud, scams, or misinformation; or any content that violates applicable law. You also agree not to attempt to bypass security or content controls, scrape or copy the Service, or misuse the Service in any way.
Videos are private by default for paid plans. Free videos may appear in the public Community; before a free video is created you are shown a clear notice and must agree before it is generated. Where sharing to the Community requires your choice, we only make Your Content public when you have chosen to share it. Videos made from an uploaded real face are kept private and are not shared to the Community.
Once you choose to share Your Content to the Community or Explore feed, it may be viewed by other users. You may delete your own private copy at any time; however, to protect the integrity and stability of the Community and the contest, only TAHAMTAN AI or its authorised staff can remove content from the public Community or Explore feed. To request removal of a public video, or to report content, use the reporting feature or contact us (see Section 14). We review reports and may remove content at our discretion.
The monthly contest is open to eligible paid-plan content only. Winners are selected at our discretion based on quality and public engagement, and receive rewards in the form of video credits. We may change, suspend, or end the contest at any time. Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Paid plans, credits, and rewards are described at the point of purchase. Payment may be made via the methods we offer, which may include cryptocurrency and gift cards. Credits and plan allowances are licences to use the Service and have no cash value. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once the relevant service (such as video generation) has been provided, because generation consumes third-party compute resources at the time of use. The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the TAHAMTAN AI name and logo, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] including: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the work you say is infringed; (c) the specific URL or video identifier of the content; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act. We will review valid notices and may remove or disable the content. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content or suspend or terminate any account that we believe violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or the law, or that creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or others. We aim to review reports and takedown requests promptly, typically within a reasonable period after receipt.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, imperfect, or unexpected; you use it at your own risk and are responsible for reviewing it before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAHAMTAN AI and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TAHAMTAN AI and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines; or (d) your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated Terms with a new date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. You agree that the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before bringing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve it informally.
These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for your convenience. The English version is the governing version; in case of any discrepancy or conflict, the English version prevails.
