In short: Create freely, but be responsible. Don't create content involving real people without their consent, don't break the law, and don't harm others. You are responsible for what you make and share. We remove content that breaks these rules.
When you create or share content on TAHAMTAN AI, you confirm that you have the right to do so, including any rights needed for products, brands, images, or people shown in it. You are solely responsible for how you use and distribute your content.
Do not create or share content that uses the name, face, voice, or likeness of a real, identifiable person without their clear consent. This includes public figures. To protect people, videos made from an uploaded real face are kept private and are not shared to the Community. Never create content that impersonates someone to deceive, defraud, or harm.
You may not create, upload, or share content that:
The Community and Explore feed are shared, public spaces. Keep shared content appropriate and lawful. Publicly shared content may be viewed by anyone. To keep the Community and contest fair and stable, only TAHAMTAN AI or its authorised staff can remove content from the public feed. You can always delete your own private copies in "My Videos".
If you see content that breaks these Guidelines, or you want to request removal of a video (for example, one that uses your likeness or content without permission), please report it using the in-app reporting feature or contact us at [email protected]. Please include the video identifier and the reason. We review reports and aim to respond within a reasonable time. To have a video removed, you must prove you are the genuine owner. Our team will contact you by email to verify your claim with a photo ID and/or an ownership document before any removal. False or fraudulent reports are not actioned and may result in account restrictions.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Guidelines or our Terms of Service, at our discretion. Serious violations — especially anything involving minors — may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.
